Shipping

Please do not hesitate to email us if you have questions regarding the cost of a shipment prior to placing an order. Just let us know what you would like to order, your town/city and zip code, and we would be more than happy to let you know the cost.

We ship items every Thursday. We use UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. We will use the method that costs you the least amount of money.

Rest assured, we also pack items in appropriate-sized packaging as to not increase the cost of shipping you need to pay.

If you are paying by credit or debit card, shipping will be calculated for you by PayPal. The shipping charged is based on using USPS Priority Mail, and our best estimate of the cost of your order versus the weight of your items. If your items cost more to ship, we will contact you with this cost. We respect your right to cancel your order (for a full refund) if you are unhappy with your shipping total. If you are using check or money order, we will contact you to let you know the shipping cost.

If you have a special shipping request (ie. next day service) please let us know when placing your order. We will contact you with any additional shipping costs outside of the standard prices.

Returns

We hope that everyone is 100% happy with their purchase with us, and we are able to do business with you again. If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We would be happy to issue you a full refund (minus shipping, of course) or make an exchange for you.

If paying by check or money order you will receive a check refund within one week of your refund request. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately through PayPal, but can take up to two weeks to show on your credit card balance information.
